AI intake for small law firms that lose leads after 6 PM.

Your website already gets inquiries. We make sure every one gets answered within minutes, conflict checked, and booked, even at night. The assistant collects details and schedules consults. It never gives legal advice.

    Guardrails

What we promise before anything goes live.

    • The assistant collects facts and books consults. It never gives legal advice.
    • Prospective client information is handled as confidential from the first message.
    • Every reply that goes out on a matter waits for attorney approval until you decide otherwise.
    • We follow ABA Formal Opinion 512 on generative AI and help you check your state bar’s guidance.

    Questions people ask first.

Don't see yours? Ask it and you'll get a straight answer.

    Ask a question
Does the assistant give legal advice?

No. It collects contact details and the basic facts of the inquiry, sends your intake form, and offers consult times. Anything substantive goes to an attorney.

    How do conflict checks work?

New names are checked against your client and adverse party lists before a consult is offered. Possible matches are flagged for a person to review.

We already have a website. Do we need a new one?

Usually not. We can plug intake into the site you have. A rebuild only makes sense if the current site is costing you consults.

Does this work with our practice management software?

Most common practice management tools connect. We confirm yours on the first call before you commit.
